How long does the custom invitation process take?
Around 2 to 3 weeks from the day you accept your proposal until your stationery is printed. The quicker you send feedback, the quicker we print.
When should we get in touch to start our invitations?
As early as you like. Most couples send invitations a few months before the day, so give yourself time for design, printing & posting. Got a tight deadline? Tell us & we'll let you know what's possible.
How many invitations do we need?
Fewer than you think. It's one per household, not one per guest, plus a few spares for keepsakes & last-minute additions. Packages start at 30 & you can add more in 10s.
What can we include in our custom illustrations?
Venues, flowers, your dog & little motifs like glasses or rings etc. We don't draw portraits of people.
What if I want to change something?
That's what revision rounds are for. We include 2 rounds of revisions as standard. A round is one set of changes sent together & extra rounds are £25.
Do we see the final design before it's printed?
Always. Nothing goes to print until you've signed off your final proof.
Can you print our guests name's & addresses?
Yes. Send us your guest list in a spreadsheet & we'll add it to your quote for 50p per name/address.
Can you also create our on-the-day stationery to match?
Yes & we'd love to. Menus, place cards, table numbers, welcome signs & table plans can all be designed to match your invitations.
What's the payment process?
For semi-bespoke, you pay upfront by purchasing your quantity from our listings. For custom, we take a 50% deposit when you book your suite & the final 50% before shipping your stationery to you.
Do you offer refunds?
Once we've started working on your wedding stationery, we do not offer refunds.
